uniquerish

I was inspired to create this piece by a friend's tattoo, of all things.  The deep green of the wings is offset by a vibrant purple in the details, and the eyes are a soft-but-electric blue.  The antennae were great fun to make !  The lighting in the wings has a subtle animation which hints at large wings rippling in the wind.  The piece sits on a beautifully gnarled piece of Manzanita branch, suitable for hanging on a wall, or displaying on a table or bookshelf.
